Heavy duty processed wood pallets can handle similar load capacities as conventional wooden pallets, but are easier to handle during the packing process and furthermore reduce transportation costs due the low weight of the material.
Processed wood pallets are made from 100% recyclable materials and the glue used to assemble the components is non hazardous and odourless.
We have tested the strength of these pallets and found that the different types of designs available had load bearing capacities ranging from 750kg to over 4 tonne

Same size of compressed wood pallets is nestable. And, they can be easily separated from a stack with a fork lift truck. Nesting pallets reduces storage space by up to 66% than conventional wooden pallets.

On the contrary, nails and burrs of wooden pallet will hurt the goods and the workers. And warping and shrinking maybe occur all the time.
